                    The facts in brief leading to passing of instant order are that the petitioners by way of filing an application U/O 14 rule 5 CPC, sought for amendment of the issues so framed by learned trial Court. It was dismissed not only by learned trial Court but by learned Revisional Court. The petitioners being aggrieved of the orders of learned trial Court and learned Revisoinal Court, dismissing their application for amendment of the issues, have preferred the instant constitutional petition before this Court.

                   At the very outset, it was stated by learned counsel for the respondents that they would be having no objection, if the issues are amended by learned trial Court as per suggestion of the petitioners.

                    In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to amend the issues as per suggestion of the petitioners and then to proceed with the matter for its disposal in accordance with law.

                   The instant constitutional petition is disposed of accordingly, with no order as to cost.
