Despite service none has affected appearance on behalf of the defendant. Learned counsel for plaintiff presses his application for interim orders as it is alleged that the plaintiff who was given permission to install 62 SMD pole signs sixe 6 x 3 at Bahadurabad Round About to ABL Round About and ABL Round About to Allah Wala Round About, Karachi vide Deputy Director Advertisement DMC (East) letter dated 14.03.2018 for a term of one year commencing from 01.07.2017 to 30.08.2018 at the cost of Rs.27,90,000/- which payment was made through pay order No.03986391 dated 01.03.2018. The counsel fears that the defendant might cancel his permission and since he has invested considerable amounts in purchasing and installing these SMDs, till the next date of hearing by way of interim measure relief that no coercive action be taken against the plaintiff is sought as well as assurance is sought of plaintiff’s continued commerce.

Since despite service none has affected appearance on behalf of defendant, repeat notice to the defendant for 27.09.2018 however till then no coercive action be taken against the plaintiff in the matter, and in particular the rights accrued in favour of plaintiff through letter dated 14.03.2018 should not be infringed.
