1)       None present for the plaintiff, which was the case on the last date of hearing too. Learned counsel for defendant No.6 at this juncture draws Court’s attention to CMA No.13905/2017 in terms of which he has undertaken to pay cost of Rs.30,000/- being Nazir fee contemplated by this Court’s order dated 22.12.2014 where this cost was to be equally divided amongst both the parties. Counsel states that since plaintiff has chosen to stay away from the Court as well as not to pay that cost, the needful, mandated by the earlier mentioned order where guards were to be placed at the cost shared by both the parties, could not materialized. In the circumstances, when the defendant No.6 himself is taking burden to pay full cost, the application is allowed as prayed. Nazir is to do the needful as mandated by this Court’s order dated 22.12.2014.
