Learned counsel for decree holder submits that the office objections have already been overruled vide this Court’s order dated 21.05.2018.

Despite issuance of notice by all modes including pasting and publication none has affected appearance on behalf of judgment debtors. Learned counsel for decree holders, in the circumstances, requests that in compliance of Order XXI Rule 3 CPC the Court should order the decree to be executed. Order accordingly. Let the decree be executed through the Nazir of this Court, the cost of which should be paid prorata from the share of the parties.
