The appellant for having committed an offence punishable u/s 13 (e) of West Pakistan Arms Ordinance, 1965 for being in possession of 30 bore pistol which he allegedly used in commission of incident out come of FIR Crime No. 08/2012 u/s 302, 324 and 34 PPC of PS Fareed Dero was booked and reported upon by the police to face trial accordingly.

On trial the appellant was found guilty for the above said offence and was convicted and sentenced to undergo rigours imprisonment for three years and to pay fine of Rs. 5000/- and in default to make payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for one month by learned Additional Sessions Judge Moro, vide judgment dated 17-11-2014, such judgment, the appellant impugned before this Court by preferring the instant Cr. Appeal.

At the very outset it is stated by learned counsel for the appellant, that the appellant has already undergone the conviction and sentence, which are awarded to him by learned trial Court. By stating so, he does not press the instant appeal.

In view of above, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
