The applicant by way of instant Criminal Transfer Application u/s 526 Cr.P.C has sought for transfer of his case from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Mirwah to any other competent Court of law having jurisdiction at Khairpur mainly for the reason that she is being threatened by the private respondents of dire‑consequences, if she would attend the learned trial Court at Mirwah.

2. On being asked, whether the threats so received by the applicant, has formally been reported by her to the police? The answer to it by learned counsel was in negative. In that situation, the conclusion which could be drawn of the circumstances would be that no logical justification is advanced by the applicant for transfer of her case from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Mirwah to any other Court at Khairpur. Consequently, the instant Criminal Transfer Application is dismissed.
