The applicant by way of instant Criminal Transfer Application u/s 526 Cr.P.C has sought for transfer of his case from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge (Hudood) Sukkur to any other competent Court of law having jurisdiction at Sukkur mainly for the reason that the Presiding Officer of the said Court is misbehaving with him.

2. At the very outset, it is stated by learned DPG for the State that the Presiding Officer of the said Court has been transferred and with his transfer, the grievance with the applicant, if any has come to an end. By stating so, he sought for dismissal of instant Criminal transfer Application.

4. In response to above, it is stated by the applicant that the incumbent Presiding Officer of the said Court is also misbehaving with him without any reason. By stating so, he sought for transfer of his case to any other Court of the competent jurisdiction.

5. When asked, the applicant was not able to specify as to at what time and in what manner he was misbehaved by the incumbent Presiding Officer of the said Court. No criminal case could be directed to be transferred on false, fabricated and self-procured grounds. Consequently, the instant Criminal Transfer Application is dismissed.
