It is stated by the petitioner that he lodged an FIR Crime No.203/2017 u/s 365-A and 343 PPC with P.S Meharbpur, it has been cancelled by the police under ‘B’ class without lawful justification. By contending so, he sought for Judicial Inquiry of the incident.

2. On being asked whether he has impugned the order of cancellation of his FIR? Answer to it, which was made by the petitioner was in affirmative.

3. After cancellation of the FIR of the incident, the Judicial Inquiry is not called for. Instant Constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
