2. The applicant by way of instant criminal miscellaneous application under Section 561-A, Cr.P.C has impugned order dated 10.12.2018 passed by learned Ex-Officio Justice of Peace/ 1^st Additional Sessions Judge Sukkur, on application under Section 22-A(6)(i)(b) Cr.P.C, whereby he has directed SHO Police Station Abad to record statement of the private respondent under Section 154 Cr.P.C

3. SHO Police Station Abad has submitted his written reply/statement, wherein it is stated by him that FIR of the incident has already been recorded on 08.02.2019 (Crime No.27/2019 of P.S Abad).

4. After recording of FIR of the incident, the instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application has become infructuous, it is disposed of accordingly along with listed application.
