Learned counsel for the petitioners
after arguing the matter at length on the strength of the judgment of Ikram
Bari V/S National Bank of Pakistan, 2005 SCMR
100 has conceded that though they were not direct employees of National
Bank of Pakistan but working for a company who hired them. He claims that their
services, in fact, are for the company which may have been providing benefit to
Bank. He submits that he would not press the petition provided as and when such
posts are directly made available by the Bank and advertised, the petitioners, may
prefer to apply for the same, and the Bank may consider them in view of their
experience on the subject provided they come within the terms and frame of the
employment rules and regulations. Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Khan Advocate has no
objection to this proposal. Order accordingly.
