                        At the very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant would not press the disposal of instant criminal revision application for its disposal on merits, if the learned trial Court is directed to reconsider issue of respondent No.1/accused Ashiq Ali being juvenile, on merit and in accordance with law, at the time of final disposal of the case.

                        The proposal so advanced by learned counsel for the applicant is not opposed by learned A.P.G for the State and learned counsel for respondent No.1/accused Ashiq Ali.

                        In view of the above, instant criminal revision application is dismissed as not pressed alongwith the listed application with directions to the learned trial Court to examine the issue of respondent No.1/accused Ashiq Ali being juvenile, in accordance with law at the time of final disposal of the case.
