                        At the very outset, it is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that he would not press disposal of the instant bail application on merits if the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within 60 days.

                        The proposal advanced by learned counsel for the applicant is not opposed by learned A.P.G for the State.

                        In view of above, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with direction to learned trial Court to dispose of the case against the applicant within sixty days, in accordance with law. If the case is not concluded within stipulated time, then the applicant would be at liberty to repeat his bail application. If it is repeated then it would be disposed of strictly in accordance with law.
