1) Urgent applications are granted.

2) This application is filed by the learned counsel for the appellant seeking permission to deposit the amount in compliance of order dated 14.06.2018 in cash before the Nazir of this Court instead of the Chairman NAB. They submit that for depositing the said amount with the Chairman NAB sufficient time is required to get the permission, therefore, the appellant is ready to deposit the amount of Rs.700,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs only), before the Nazir of this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already furnished security of Rs.1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million only) before the Nazir of this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that by the orders already passed of this Court in Criminal Acctt. Appeals No.6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of 2018 the appellants after depositing the required amount has been released. They submit that same treatment may also be extended to the present appellant.

In view of the above circumstances, instant application is hereby allowed and appellant is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.700,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs only) in terms of order passed on 14.06.2018 before the Nazir of this Court within three days’ time instead of Chairman NAB and the Nazir is directed to transmit said amount to the Chairman NAB. After payment of the said amount with the Nazir of this Court office is directed to issue release order of the appellant in the present Appeal.

Copy of this order be sent to the Chairman NAB for information.
