4&5) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is a duly registered Cooperative Housing Society and is owner of 50 Acres of land allocated by respondent No.1 in Sector 20-A, Housing Scheme No.33, Taluka & District Karachi vide Notification No.869/71/4083-P.I dated 22.06.1971 issued by the Deputy Commissioner (East)< Karachi vide order dated March 1986. Copies of Registration Certificate and allocation & Transfer documents are enclosed as annexure “P/1 to P/3” with MoP. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner raised boundary walls around the land of the society, some portion of which has been demolished by the respondents No.6 and 7 illegally and malafidely. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner lodged a report on 23.07.2018 to respondent No.9, (available as annexure P/6 at page-97) which was received but till this date no action has been taken by the respondent No.9. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to the recent photographs available as annexures “P/7 to P/13”, which show that wall has been demolished.

Issue notice to the respondents and Advocate General Sindh for 30.08.2018. Respondents No.6 to 9 are directed to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and not to take any illegal and unlawful action against the land of the petitioner’s society, till next date of hearing.
