4&5) Per learned counsel for the petitioner on 05.07.2018 when this petition was fixed in Court alongwith connected C.P. No.S-729/2018 order was passed that no coercive action be taken against the petitioner and her daughter Ms. Noor Fatima. The matter was ante-dated from 29.08.2018 to 09.08.2018. On 09.08.2018 none was in attendance on behalf of the respondents No.7 to 9 therefore, notice was repeated upon the respondents No.7 to 9 and matter was adjourned to 05.09.2018.

Today this matter is taken up on urgency. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that IVth Senior Civil Judge, Larkana to the information of the petitioner has issued NBW against the Petitioner Mst. Samina Solangi and police conducted raids at the house of the petitioner yesterday at Dadu despite orders of this Court dated 05.07.2018, referred to above. Repeat notices to the respondents for 05.09.2018 when the matter is already fixed. Till then, interim order passed earlier shall remain continued and orders of issuance of NBW/BW (if any) against the petitioner in Execution Application No.01/2017 pending before the IVth Senior Civil Judge, Larkana as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner shall remain suspended, till next date of hearing.
