O R D E R

IRSHAD ALI SHAH. J- It is alleged that on arrest from the applicant was secured 2000 grams of Charas, by police party of P.S Marri, led by SIP Talib Chandio for that he was booked and challaned in the present case.

2.                    On having been refused post-arrest bail by learned trial Court, the applicant has sought for the same from this Court by way of instant application under section 497 Cr.PC.

3.                    At the very outset it is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he would not press the disposal of instant bail application merit if learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the case against the applicant within period of one month.

                        The proposal advanced by learned counsel for the applicant was readily accepted by learned A.P.G for the State.

                        In view of above, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed with direction to learned trial Court to make disposal of case against the applicant within one month time from today.
