Petitioner and her counsel are present. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has contracted marriage with one Zahid Hussain and out of said wedlock she has one child baby namely Mubeen Fatima and she is also pregnant but her parents in collusion with official respondents No.3 & 4 are causing harassment to them. Petitioner is present in Court and categorically states that she has contracted this marriage by exercising her right of free will, neither she has been abducted nor compelled for this marriage and is passing happy life with her husband. She further states that one Nekmard Abdul Shakoor is compelling for private faisla and issuing threats to her family. Notices were issued to the official respondents, they have filed their statements which are available on record.

Learned AAG along with Inspector Khalil Ahmed appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 undertakes to provide protection to the petitioner and her family in accordance with law. Learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied with the above statement and does not press this petition.

Official respondents are directed to provide protection to petitioner and her family in accordance with law. Order accordingly. Office is directed to communicate copy of this order to SSP Khairpur for compliance.
