Surety and his counsel are called absent. This application for return of surety papers has been moved by surety. As per report submitted by Additional Registrar of this Court which reflects that applicant Pir Bux was granted protective bail for seven days in crime No.62/2003 u/s 302, 148, 149 PPC registered at PS Baijisharif in sum of Rs.50,000/-and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. As per report one Ghulam Mustafa son of Abdul Hadi stood surety and produced copy of solvency certificate No.117 dated 21.5.2018 issued by Mukhtiarkar (Rev) Pano Aqil which was accepted as surety for applicant. Learned AAG has recorded no objection in view of the fact that applicant after getting protective bail from this Court has approached learned trial court within time. Copy of letter dated 29.5.2018 produced by the applicant reflects that accused after getting protective bail from this court has approached to court of Sessions Judge Sukkur and got interim pre-arrest bail. Office is directed to release the surety papers after proper verification and identification as per rules.
