As per order dated 4.6.2018 applicant Badaruddin was admitted to protective bail for a period of four days in crime No.30/2017 for offence u/s 302, 109, 506/2, 34 PPC registered at PS C-Section Sukkur subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/-with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this court. As per office note one Nadeem Ali son of Bakhshal Makwal appeared and deposited original defence saving certificate No.JB-430605 amounting to Rs.50,000/-, which was accepted as surety. Miss Farzana submits that after getting protective bail applicant has approached to Sessions Court Sukkur and sought pre-arrest bail and she has placed copy of interim order dated 6.5.2018. She further states that surety may be released. Learned DPG recorded no objection for release of surety papers. Office is directed to release the surety papers after proper verification and identification as per rules.
