Learned counsels for the applicant argued the matter at some length and thereafter he does not press this bail application on the ground that he wants to move fresh bail application before learned trial Court on fresh grounds on the point of sample sent to chemical examiner.

Learned Deputy Prosecutor General recorded no objectionon such proposal of learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the above, the instant Bail Application stands dismissed as not pressed. Applicant is at liberty to repeat Bail Application before the trial Court on fresh grounds and trial Court is directed that after receipt of Bail Application of applicant in this case on fresh ground, with notice and hearing to other side, same may be disposed off preferably at earliest.
