Petitioner has filed this petition with following prayers.

a)         Direct the official respondents as well as private respondents to desist from causing harassment to the petitioner his family members and his other relatives in future, which is illegal and against the law and they may further be directed to appear before this Honouable court and execute their PR bond before this Honourable court for maintaining the good behavior with the petitioner party in future.

b)         Direct the SHO Police Station concerned to provide legal protection to the petitioners party in accordance with law as the private respondents are bent upon to cause harm of the petitioner party.

c)         Direct the official respondents not to register any false FIR at the instance of private respondents as they are in habit of filing false case/complaints against the petitioner party in order to involve the petitioner and others in a false and fabricated case.

 d)        Grant any other relief, which this Honorable Court may deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

                        Notices were issued to the respondents. Mr. Muhammad Rehan Khan Durani files power on behalf of respondent No. 12, which is taken on record. Respondents No. 2 & 3 have filed their written statements, which are also taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 12 submits that this petition has been filed by the petitioners in background of civil dispute between the parties. He further submits that private respondents have not caused harassment to the petitioners nor intend to do so in future.

                        Learned APG undertakes that official respondents shall provide legal protection to the petitioners in accordance with law.

 

                        In view of the above, official respondents are directed to act in accordance with law.

 

                        Instant petition stands disposed of in above terms.
