3. Applicant Ali son of Khursheed Ahmed Khan seeks protective bail in Crime No. 260 of 2017 under section 384/385/506/34 PPC registered with Police Station Jamshed Quarters, Karachi. Learned counsel submits that the applicant has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submitted that applicant intends to surrender before the concerned court but due to issuance of NBWs by the trial court, having apprehension of maltreatment, disgrace, humiliation from the hands of investigating agency, if arrested, he has approached this Court for grant of protection.
Be that as it may, without touching the merits and demerits of the case by suspending the operation of NBWs issued by the trial court against the applicant, protective bail for seven days from today is granted to the applicant subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) and P.R.Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this court.
This concession of protective bail shall cease to have force on 20.05.2018 or when the applicant surrenders himself before the concerned court, whichever is earlier.
This bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
