          Applicant and his counsel are called absent.

          Through this criminal revision application the applicant/ complainant has impugned the Order dated 07.11.2014 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jacobabad, whereby he has adjourned sine-die and kept in abeyance the sessions case No.287/2012 due to non-attendance of the complainant and his witnesses and has ordered for release of accused/ respondent No.1 on furnishing solvent surety, so also kept case of absconding accused on dormant file till their arrest or surrender.

          Since, the case has not been disposed of by way of acquittal or otherwise, hence as and when applicant/ complainant and his witnesses will appear before the trial Court, the case will be re-opened and proceeded. Prima-facie no illegality or irregularity is found in the impugned order, hence instant revision application stands dismissed.
