4-9.     Learned counsel states that previously a petition bearing C.P. No.D-1216/2013 filed by the petitioners was disposed of with directions to the Director General, L.D.A to constitute a Committee and consider the cases of the petitioners within 03 months. Learned counsel further states that such directions of the Court were complied with since a Committee was constituted but that Committee without fulfilling the legal and codal formalities as required has not considered the cases of the petitioners on some extraneous grounds and the order of the Committee passed in this behalf has also not been furnished to them. He states that the petitioners have only received a copy of the minutes held on 18.04.2016 but they are totally unaware as to what happened thereafter and on what ground the cases of the petitioners were not considered. He states that when the petitioners were left with no alternative they have filed the instant petition on a new cause of action. Let notice be issued to the respondents as well as A.G. Sindh for 06.04.2017.
