The petitioner has alleged that private respondents 5 to 10 are harassing her and are trying to kidnap her in order to sell her. It is urged that the police officials be directed to provide protection to the petitioner. Mr. Ahmed Ali Shahani, learned Assistant Advocate General, who is present in Court in connection with other matters, waives notice of this petition and undertakes on behalf of the official respondents that respondents 2, 3 and 4 shall provide full and proper protection to the petitioner against private respondents 5 to 10, and in case of any harassment or threat to the petitioner by the said private respondents, action shall be taken against them in accordance with law.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in the above terms along with the listed application. Let a copy of this order be provided to learned AAG for compliance and be also faxed to respondents 2, 3 and 4 immediately.
