Petitioner is present in person. He states that respondent No.3 is harassing him and has called him to Police Station. This allegation has been denied by respondent No.3 who is also present in person. He as well as other police officials present undertake to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and not to cause any harassment to the petitioner.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
