The petitioner has alleged that private respondents No.3, 4, 5 and 6 are harassing him and his family members as the said respondents have been nominated by the petitioner in the FIR registered by him. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent No.1/SHO concerned did not take any action against any of the private respondents despite repeated requests and complaints by the petitioner and even his statement was not recorded by the SHO. He concedes that after the alleged refusal of the SHO concerned, the petitioner did not approach the Ex-Officio Justice of Peace.

In case any complaint or application is filed by the petitioner before Ex-Officio Justice of Peace, the same shall be decided within 30 days strictly in accordance with law and in case cognizable offence is made out by the petitioner against any of the private respondents, action shall be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms along with the listed application.
