Learned counsel for the applicants was out of station on the first date of hearing and was absent on the last two dates of hearing. On the last date, last and final opportunity was granted to him to proceed with this matter today. It was observed that if he does not proceed with this matter, the same shall be dismissed. Despite last opportunity and indulgence shown by the Court on all dates of hearing, the applicants and their learned counsel are absent without any intimation. It appears that they have lost interest in pursuing this Civil Revision Application which is accordingly dismissed along with listed applications with no order as to costs.
