No one has appeared on behalf of applicants after the first date of hearing when one week’s time was granted to comply with office objection. Since office objection has not been complied with, the matter has been coming up for non-prosecution on every date of hearing. On the last date, it was observed that if compliance is not made within 15 days, appropriate orders shall be passed as may be deemed fit and intimation notice for today was ordered to be issued to learned counsel for the applicants. Record shows that notice for today was issued by the office on 04.10.2017 to learned counsel for the applicants. Record further shows that compliance has still not been made and due to such failure on the part of the applicants and their learned counsel, the matter has once again been listed for non-prosecution. The matter has been called twice since morning, but applicants and their learned counsel remained absent on both occasions without any intimation. It appears that they have lost interest in pursuing this Civil Revision Application which is accordingly dismissed along with pending applications with no order as to costs.
