No one has appeared on behalf of the applicants after 25.10.2010. Perusal of the order sheet reveals that after the above mentioned date matter was adjourned as an indulgence on all subsequent dates as learned counsel appearing for the applicants had passed away. Record shows that notices have been issued directly to the applicants for all subsequent dates including today. However, they remained absent on all dates including today. It appears that they have lost interest in pursuing this civil revision application, which is pending since 10.09.1989, accordingly the Civil Revision Application is dismissed with no order as to costs.
