This case has been coming up for non-prosecution since last three dates of hearing as learned counsel for the applicants has not complied with the order passed on 07.3.2017 despite opportunity granted to him on several dates. On the last date of hearing, Mr. Tariq G. Hanif Mangi Advocate undertook on behalf of the counsel for the applicants that the above order shall be complied with before the next date. Office has reported that the said order has still not been complied with and accordingly the matter has been listed today once again for non-prosecution. The matter has been called twice since morning, but the applicants and their counsel remained absent on both occasions although name of the counsel has appeared in the cause list. It appears that they have lost interest in pursuing this civil revision application which is accordingly dismissed.
