Comments have been filed by respondent No.3 / SHO PS Tando Muhammad Khan and respondent No.4 / SSP Tando Muhammad Khan, which are taken on record.

Learned A.A.G. Sindh submits that so far no FIR has been lodged in this matter. Regarding the allegations of harassment against the respondents, he states that the official respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and provide full and proper protection to both the petitioners against the private respondents. Counsel for the petitioners is satisfied with the undertaking given by learned A.A.G. Sindh and seeks disposal of this petition in terms thereof.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking.
