Respondent No.6 Muhammad Khan and respondent No.8 Ganhwar are present in person.

Comments have been filed by respondents 3, 4 and 5, which are taken on record. Respondent No.5 SHO PS Kadhan is present in person. He states that protection has been provided to the petitioner in pursuance of his application and in compliance of the order passed by this Court by establishing a picket at the site of dispute. He states that there is a dispute between the petitioner and private respondents in respect of land.

Respondent No.6 Muhammad Khan and respondent No.8 Ganhwar are present in person. They deny the allegation leveled by the petitioner against private respondents and state that the dispute between the parties is subjudice before the competent court. Without prejudice to their statement, they undertake not to harass the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petitioner as well as private respondents are directed not to harass each other, to act strictly in accordance with law and to seek remedy against each other before the competent forum in accordance with law ; and respondents 4 and 5 are directed to ensure that harassment is not caused by any of the private parties against each other.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
