          Comments have been filed by official respondents 2, 3 and 4, which are taken on record.

Khuwaja Azizullah advocate files power on behalf of respondents 5, 6, 7 and 8, which is also taken on record. The said respondents, who are present in person, deny the allegations leveled against them by the petitioner, and state that it is in fact the petitioner who is pressurizing them as there is a dispute between the parties in respect of an agricultural land. On the other hand, the petitioner reiterates the allegations made by him in this petition against the said respondents. In view of the allegations and the counter allegations made by the parties, it is clear that there is dispute between them in relation to the piece of land. Accordingly, the petitioner as well as respondents 5 to 8 are directed to act strictly in accordance with law, not to harass each other and to seek their remedy, if any, against the other side before the competent forum in accordance with law ; and, respondent No.3 SSP Tando Allahyar and respondent No.4 SHO PS Sultanabad are directed to keep close watch on the above parties, to ensure that they do not cause any harm to each other, and to provide protection to them in case of any threat or harassment by any of them.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
