          It is the case of the petitioner that he is being harassed by respondents 4 and 5. He has prayed that the official respondents be directed to provide protection to him.

On behalf of official respondents, learned A.A.G. Sindh undertakes that proper protection shall be provided to the petitioner in case of any threat or harassment to him by any of the private respondents. Petitioner is satisfied with this undertaking.

          Accordingly, the petition and listed application stand disposed of in terms of the above undertaking.
