Mr. Qurban Ali Khaskheli advocate files power on behalf of respondents 5 to 9, taken on record.

Comments have been filed by respondent No.4 / SHO PS Shahdadpur, which are taken on record.

In compliance of the order passed on 14.06.2017, SHO PS Shahdadpur has produced respondent No.5 Abdul Hameed who has denied all the allegations leveled against him by the petitioner. He states that there is a dispute between him and the petitioner in respect of land and several proceedings initiated by both the parties against each other are pending including proceedings against the petitioner before Anti-Corruption court. On the contrary, the petitioner states that Abdul Hameed and his sons are harassing him in order to usurp the land in question.

Be that as it may both the parties are directed to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and to seek remedy against each other before the competent forum in accordance with law. Respondent No.2 SSP Sanghar, respondent No.3 SHO PS Sanghar and respondent No.4 SHO PS Shahdadpur are directed to keep close watch on petitioner Abdul Razzaque and respondent No.5 Abdul Hameed in order to ensure that no harm or harassment is caused by any of them.

By consent, this petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
