Comments have been filed by official respondents 5 and 6, which are taken on record.

Mr. Inam Ali Malik advocate files power on behalf of private respondents 7 to 14, which is also taken on record.

It is alleged by the petitioners that private respondent No.7 Mst. Sahiba, who is claiming the land owned by the petitioners, is harassing the petitioners with the assistance of private respondents 8 to 14. Respondent No.7 Mst.Sahiba, who is present in person, denies this allegation and states that in fact the petitioners are harassing her and her family members to usurp their lands. The petitioners and respondent No.7 undertake to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and to seek their remedy, if any, against each other before the competent forum in accordance with law. They further undertake not to cause harassment or intimidation to each other in any manner whatsoever.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking by the parties.
