Respondents 7 & 8 are present in person.

Comments have been filed by official respondents 3, 5 and 6, which are taken on record.

Mr. Imtiaz Ali Channa advocate files power on behalf of private respondents 7 & 8, who are present in person.

It is alleged by the counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.7 Bashir and respondent No.8 Shah Pasand are still harassing the petitioner. However, respondent No.7 Bashir and respondent No.8 Shah Pasanad deny this allegation and undertake that they will act in accordance with law and not to harass to the petitioner.

On behalf of official respondents, learned A.A.G. Sindh undertakes that proper protection shall be provided to the petitioner in case of threat or harassment to her by any of the private respondents.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the undertaking by respondents 7 & 8 and learned A.A.G. Sindh. Let a copy of this order be provided to learned A.A.G. Sindh for compliance.
