Mr. Subhan Ali Zardari advocate files power on behalf of respondents 6 to 8, which is taken on record.

Comments have been filed by official respondent No.5 and reply has been filed by respondents 6, 7 and 8, which are taken on record.

Counsel for private respondents 6, 7 and 8 states that the allegations of harassment against the said respondents are false as they have never harassed the petitioner nor have they any intention of doing so. Respondent No.6 Haji Hussain, who is also the father of respondents 7 and 8, is present in person. He undertakes to act strictly in accordance with law and not to cause any harassment to the petitioner in any manner whatsoever.

On behalf of official respondents, learned A.A.G. Sindh states that protection would be provided to the petitioner in case of any threat or harassment to him by private respondents 6, 7 & 8.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the undertakings given by private respondents and learned A.A.G. Sindh. Let a copy of this order be provided to learned A.A.G. Sindh for compliance.
