Comments have been filed by respondents No.3 / SHO PS Qasimabad Hyderabad and respondent No.4 / SHO PS Drigh Bala, Dadu, which are taken on record.

Mr. Fayaz Ali Jatoi advocate files power on behalf of respondent No.5, who is real father of petitioner No.1. Respondent No.5 Muhammad Azeem Khoso is present in person. He states that petitioner No.1 is a minor therefore he has lodged FIR against petitioner No.2. He further states that he is pursuing his remedy in accordance with law, and undertakes not to harass any of the petitioners and not to do any illegal act.

In view of the above, I.O of the case is directed to record statement of petitioner No.1 Mst. Zakia and to deal with the matter strictly in accordance with law.

By consent, petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
