Comments have been filed by official respondents 1 and 2, which are taken on record. As per the said comments, the petitioner has not approached any police functionary with complaint against private respondents or for protection against private respondents.

On behalf of official respondents, Mr. Sher Muhammad Laghari, State Counsel undertakes that they shall provide full and proper protection to the petitioner in case of any threat or harassment by private respondents.

Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with this undertaking and seeks disposal of the petition in terms thereof.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking with specific direction to private respondents to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law, and to official respondents to provide full and proper protection to the petitioner against private respondents.
