Mr. Ashfaque Nabi Kazi Assistant A.G. Sindh along with Inspector Muhammad Sadiq Dars SHO PS Diplo.

Petitioners have alleged that private respondents No.4 to 14 as well as official respondent No.3 are harassing them and official respondents No.2 and 3 have not taken any action against them nor have they provided protection to them.

Learned A.A.G. Sindh states that so far no FIR has been lodged in this matter. On behalf of official respondents, he undertakes that they shall provide full and proper protection to both the petitioners in case of any threat or harassment by any of the private respondents.

By consent, petition and listed application stand disposed of in terms of the above undertaking.
