It is the case of the petitioner that he had borrowed some money from respondent No.1 which amount has been returned to the said respondent, but he is still pressing and harassing the petitioner.

The dispute appears to be a private one for which proper forum is available to the petitioner. The petition is disposed of by leaving the petitioner at liberty to avail his remedy before the competent forum in accordance with law.
