Mr. Abdul Razaque Dasti advocate files power on behalf of respondent No.8, Mr. Mohsin Raza Gopang files power and comments on behalf of respondents No.7, 9 to 11 and 11, which are taken on record. Comments have also been filed by official respondents 2,3,4 and 5, which are also taken on record.

In their comments, private respondents have stated that there is a private dispute between the parties and an FIR has also been registered against the petitioner as a result of such dispute. Official respondents have stated that protection will be provided to the petitioner in case of any illegal action against him by any of the private respondents.

In view of the above, all the parties, including the petitioner are directed to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and in case of illegal activities by any of the parties, official respondents will be bound to take action in accordance with law.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in view of above terms.
