Petitioner has alleged that respondents 1 and 2 are harassing him and his son, and respondent No.3 has not taken any action against such harassment.

Respondent No.2 / DSP Umerkot City is present in person. He specifically denies all the allegation leveled against him and respondent No.1 by the petitioner, and states that they have always conducted themselves strictly in accordance with law and shall continue to do so in future.

By consent, this petition is disposed of in terms of the above statement / undertaking with further direction to all the parties to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law.
