Petitioner has alleged that private respondents No.5 to 8 as well as official respondent No.4 are harassing her and official respondents No.2 and 3 have not taken any action against them nor have they provided protection to her.

On behalf of official respondents, learned A.A.G. Sindh undertakes that they shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and shall provide full and proper protection to the petitioner in case of any threat or harassment by any of the private respondents.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking.
