Comments have been filed by respondent No.3 / SSP Shaheed Benazirabad and respondent No. 4 / SHO PS 60 Mile, which are taken on record. The said respondents, who are SSP and SHO concerned, have stated in their comments that proper protection will be provided to the petitioner and his family members if he approaches police authorities in case of any threat or harassment by any of the private respondents. On behalf of official respondents, learned A.A.G. reiterates the above statement.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the above statement.
