The official respondents have stated in their comments that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and private respondents. In his comments, respondent No.3 / SSP District Matiari has stated that the petitioner has never approached any of the official respondents regarding protection and if he approaches for this purpose, proper protection will be provided to him.

Counsel holding brief on behalf of learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied with this statement and seeks disposal of the petition in terms thereof.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
