Private respondents 6 & 8 are present in person.

Comments have been filed by official respondents 3, 4 and 5, which are taken on record.

Private respondent No.8 Shahbaz holding CNIC No.41304-27121845 and respondent No.11 Shoukat holding CNIC No.41304-5004227-5 are present in person. They deny the allegations leveled by the petitioners against all private respondents and undertake that they shall not harass or intimidate any of the petitioners in any manner whatsoever.

Learned A.A.G. Sindh states that so far no FIR has been lodged in this matter. Both the petitioners are present in person. They request for protection against private respondents 6 to 12. On behalf of official respondents, learned A.A.G. Sindh undertakes that they shall provide full and proper protection to both the petitioners in case of any threat or harassment by any of the private respondents.

By consent, petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking.
