Mr. Ashfaque Nabi Kazi Assistant A.G. Sindh along with SIP Qalandar Bux PS Qazi Ahmed, District Shaheed Benazirabad.

Petitioner has alleged that private respondents 3, 4 and 5 as well as official respondent No.2 are harassing her and official respondent No.1 has not taken any action against them nor has he provided protection to her.

On behalf of official respondents, learned A.A.G. Sindh undertakes that official respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law. Accordingly, respondent No.2 / SHO PS Qazi Ahmed is directed not to harass the petitioner in any manner whatsoever, and in case of any harassment or threat by him or by private respondents 3, 4 and 5, respondent No.1 / SSP Shaheed Benazirabad shall provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

By consent, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertaking and direction.
